Hello, I purchased my 2020 Cadillac XT4 in August 2020. The car leaks oil. I have brought this to the attention to your service staff and nothing has gotten done. I was working with Nobu and he sa 2020. The car leaks oil. I have brought this to the attention to your service staff and nothing has gotten done. I was working with Nobu and he said that if my car continued leak oil he would continue to troubleshoot the problem. To date no one has contacted me. The car has 48K miles and shouldn’t be leaking oil. I’m up in arms as to what to do about it. I wanted to be a repeat customer of this dealership but fear that I will run into the same issue with a different vehicle. I just took the car in yesterday for an oil change, I told the service counter lady about the issue and the car leaking oil. She said she would have the technician look at it but she didn’t get back to me. Instead, I got a text message from nobu telling me that my car was ready and I can see the cashier.
