Upon arrival the service desk associates failed to greet me our even look up from their computers. After standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes one of them finally looked up and asked if I need help, givin me our even look up from their computers. After standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes one of them finally looked up and asked if I need help, giving off the feeling that I was bothering them. Once service was comple and I returned i found that my truck was parked in front, unlocked and unattended. I did not have any values in my truck however, my vehicle did contain several important documents with my personal information on it such as insurance, registration, address, etc. After speaking with the service representative i was directed to the pay window and proceeded with paying for the repairs. The attendant then informed me that they would bring my truck up shortly. This was funny because my truck was already sitting out front unlocked and un attended. I then proceeded to wait an additional 5 minutes or so before returning to inquire about my keys. The cashier then radioed someone and replied that they would be right up. I returned outside waiting additional time and organizing a few things in my truck. Once finished I closed the door and stood there about 2 more minutes when a young gentleman arrived with my keys. I kindly thanked him and inform him that the dealership should lock peoples cars if there left out front unattended. He reply, "no,no , I just unlocked in when I walked up". I shook my head got in my car and made the decision never to return as I drove away. I sincerely hope there is some takeaway from the review as I have bought 2 cars from your team and now that probably won't happen again. Sincerely, Mr & Ms Montgomery More

I was disappointed with the actions of the service writer. I believe he was so busy that I was there an hour and a half longer waiting. My service rep was very attentive and straightforward. I came in without an appointment due to my schedule and they got my truck in and out for an oil change and def fault error in one day.
