Hello, I purchased my 2020 Cadillac XT4 in August 2020. The car leaks oil. I have brought this to the attention to your service staff and nothing has gotten done. I was working with Nobu and he sa 2020. The car leaks oil. I have brought this to the attention to your service staff and nothing has gotten done. I was working with Nobu and he said that if my car continued leak oil he would continue to troubleshoot the problem. To date no one has contacted me. The car has 48K miles and shouldn’t be leaking oil. I’m up in arms as to what to do about it. I wanted to be a repeat customer of this dealership but fear that I will run into the same issue with a different vehicle. I just took the car in yesterday for an oil change, I told the service counter lady about the issue and the car leaking oil. She said she would have the technician look at it but she didn’t get back to me. Instead, I got a text message from nobu telling me that my car was ready and I can see the cashier. I have always had great service but was very upset after my last visit when I was charged over $600 to diagnose my vehicles issues. I wouldn’t have cared if this money would have been used toward a repair b my last visit when I was charged over $600 to diagnose my vehicles issues. I wouldn’t have cared if this money would have been used toward a repair but there were no parts available due to its age. I don’t mind paying a non-refundable amount to have the vehicle checked but charging for each issue seems excessive. Had I known this, I would have started with a couple of the more important issues because paying $600 doesn’t make sense to check out a car worth $2,000 at best. More
