Everything about my visit—had a 700am appt. for oil change— arrived at 645 am — waited in line. Caesar made appt for me — thought he included tire rotation in coupon price. Was asked if my 2019 for oil change— arrived at 645 am — waited in line. Caesar made appt for me — thought he included tire rotation in coupon price. Was asked if my 2019 was purchased there. I said no. To make a long story short— didn’t leave till 910am! A customer I sat with in the waiting room — came in at 800am— be was out the door in 45 minutes!! I guess I should have said I purchased my car at Mark Christopher!for better service. I even had to ask a person that worked up front if he could check on my car for me. Not sure I’ll be back : ( More

Took in my dads Buick Encore because the car was not running correctly. The service department was great that opened up early which was very convenient for me, Erik helped me every step of the way, he i running correctly.
