I am dissatisfied with the service that was provided to me at the Mark Christopher Chevy Dealership Service Center. Dario Gomez, Service Consultant was absolutely no help to me. I took my 2017 Chevy Cruze me at the Mark Christopher Chevy Dealership Service Center. Dario Gomez, Service Consultant was absolutely no help to me. I took my 2017 Chevy Cruze to him on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. My car had multiple issues that were written out by a mechanic, and I tried to hand Dario Gomez the paper, but he said he didn’t want to look at it because it was “unprofessionally written” and he did not want to use someone else’s work, but later asked to see the same paper. Once he had signed my car in, I was told that I would hear back from him on Friday morning, March 18, 2022, as to what the issue was with my car and when it would be ready for me to pick it up. I ended up calling towards the end of the day on Friday, March 18th because I had not heard back. Dario Gomez told me they have not yet had a chance to look at my car, though I was promised I would hear what was wrong with it and when it would be done on Friday March 18th. On Thursday, March 24th I finally heard back from Dario Gomez and was told that they got the parts in and that my car would be worked on Friday the 25th and Monday March 28th. I called Dario Gomez twice on Monday, March 28th, and no answer. I then called the Dealership Service Center and was told that my car “would most likely be done by the end of the day they just need to test it.” I was also told I would receive a call back in an hour, and I didn’t. I called again two hours later and was then told that my car has not even been worked on yet but that it would be checked on and I would receive a call back with more information. Tuesday, March 29th I called Dario Gomez and he had told me that my vehicle needs to be torn apart again and that it “might be ready by Friday.” So, I asked Dario Gomez for the General Managers phone number and he told me they do not have one. I called the Mark Christopher Sales department and was transferred to the General Manger, Matt & he helped me so that I was able to get my car the next day as well as get it detailed at no charge because when I picked it up it had a very bad scent of mildew. I took my new 2022 truck in for its first oil change. I had my appointment at 7:30am I arrived at 7:00am and was greeted and a work order was written up promptly. I was very pleased with the service until the end when I received my truck and there was diesel exhaust fuel spilled on the side of my new truck paint and side step from the service department topping off my fluids.
