I had to bring my truck in twice to get the issue resolved. Someone moving the truck at the service center scraped the door on the second visit. Nobu was very friendly and professional and communicated well with me giving me updates on my truck and helping me resolve the sqeaking for the initial problem. The mechanic that helped troubleshoot the squeaking and worked on it was very friendly and helpful also. It was a eventful experience but handled with professionalism and made me feel that I received satisfactory service. The fact that I also got a loaner truck for the second visit during the time my truck was being repaired was key to me being able to not have an inconvenience in my life dealing with transportation during the repair helped tremendously with my satisfaction for the whole experience. More

I dropped off my vehicle with what I believed to be a transmission issue and or, an eAssist problem. I strongly believe it’s an eAssist issue however, the service department couldn’t reproduce the probl transmission issue and or, an eAssist problem. I strongly believe it’s an eAssist issue however, the service department couldn’t reproduce the problem during a test drive. It literally happens continually but apparently, Chevrolet Headquarters believes otherwise. I’ve owned 5 new Chevy trucks ranging in years and I assure you, there is a problem. The Mark Christopher service writer was top notch and appreciate his efforts. I have taken vehicles there in the past and will continue to do so. More
