The service provided was poor. I felt discriminated against because of being a woman. There was no clear communication throughout the 5 hours I was there. I had an appointment for two vehicles a week in advanced. I was told that I couldn't get both vehicles serviced because it was too late in the say. My appointment was at 3:30pm.
