I had an appointment at 9:00am, I stood in front of my car for about 15 minutes everyone was busy and did acknowledge me, I had to ask 2-3 people if they can help me. Lastly, I waited almost 5 hours for car for about 15 minutes everyone was busy and did acknowledge me, I had to ask 2-3 people if they can help me. Lastly, I waited almost 5 hours for an oil change, there were issues with a recall and computer and I was in a rush to leave so I had no discussion about what was done with the vehicle.
