Considering it was raining and a holiday, I felt the service center operated smoothly considering they were short staffed. Exceptional service .. Jackie Kloski was my service rep. I understand that $50 was for a warranty deductible fir something else, and she said she gave me a $50 coupon discount. I called and left a message on her voicemail.. no call back yet… I feel was overcharged drastically for a brake job.. but it’s a dealership right .. so I guess I have to live with it .. it’s too late now 🤷🏽♀️ still had great service that’s why I gave all stars.. but I’m sad about the price I paid and a credit card payment that I will have all year🙀 More
Service provided was terrible! I was promised that my vehicle would be diagnosed and repair completed in 24 hrs. I had to leave my vehicle overnight, even when I took it in around 7:40AM. When I called the next day to find the status of my car, my service technician said that it would be another day. A full diagnostic still had not been completed. I was so mad and upset, that I drove to dealership and picked up my vehicle, with no repairs made. Simply unacceptable!!! More
