Dario Gomez bad customer service in regards to keeping the customer informed and updated. 2nd time assisted by Dario and 1st time took 3 1/2 hours for oil change and a tire rotation. His excuse a hour of the customer informed and updated. 2nd time assisted by Dario and 1st time took 3 1/2 hours for oil change and a tire rotation. His excuse a hour of me waiting was they didn’t have Mobil one synthetic and he took over an hour to ask me if it’s ok for other motor oil to be placed in my gmc 2019. This week 2 1/2 hours for just oil change I was first one to arrive when doors open at 7am. Again failed to keep customer informed and when I went in to ask him what’s going on he was on the phone and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me. He saw me come in and hung his head down like ignoring I was there. His co worker was the one who acknowledged me. Very bad customer service on Dario behalf and it shouldn’t take multiple hours for a oil change especially being first on line that morning. Dario need to learn how to multi task and also keep aware of his customers he has during the day and keeping them informed. More urgency. More
I took my truck in for service. Needed to have my computer reflashed. Was to by my advisor that technician said they couldn't touch my truck cause I had been sent to to the state referee. I needed to computer reflashed. Was to by my advisor that technician said they couldn't touch my truck cause I had been sent to to the state referee. I needed to get my truck reflashed due to smog purposes. Went to state referee was told anybody could fix the truck. That the dealer could of reflashed it and it would of been done.. I had to reschedule at another dealer to reflash computer and make another appointment to state referee to get my truck fixed. More
We were stranded last Thursday due to what was later identified as a battery failure. Roadside assistance was able to jump start the vehicle so it could be driven home. The following Monday we had an ap identified as a battery failure. Roadside assistance was able to jump start the vehicle so it could be driven home. The following Monday we had an appointment with the dealership to have the vehicle checked out. When we attempted to leave for our appointment the vehicle failed to start. With the help of Mr. Nobuyoshi Domon of the service department we were able to remove the failed battery and we brought it in for a new battery.The new battery was installed successfully and the vehicle appears to be working fine. More
I asked to have power steering checked and I also assumed that the other fluids would be checked. After getting my truck back the power steering was still making noise and upon checking the fluid level found that the other fluids would be checked. My tire pressure was also low when I brought it in and unchanged after service. I had to fill the power steering fluid and add air to my tires. I always bring my vehicles here for service, this time I was disappointed. More

Service staff are very friendly & helpful. Avo took my info when I got to the Service area. He was very friendly & answered all my questions. My appt was with Juan Fletes, he's always been very patient & info when I got to the Service area. He was very friendly & answered all my questions. My appt was with Juan Fletes, he's always been very patient & helpful with all my concerns. He very prompt in answering my text messages. It usually impossible to reach the Service Dept whenever I've called. Even the main Operator has commented that they don't answer calls. She's even emailed them about my trying to reach them by phone. I appreciate Juan answering my texts! More
Had my Camaro looked at for some steering issues. Turned out to only need an alignment, they did not recommend anything that my vehicle didnt need. I was in and out in no time and they even made sure my ste out to only need an alignment, they did not recommend anything that my vehicle didnt need.
