Took my car in for a recall to replace the tire jack. After 45 days I called and asked if my jack ever came in. The said Yes. I bought the car in just to swap out the old car jack for the new car jack. After 45 days I called and asked if my jack ever came in. The said Yes. I got there at 11:54 a.m. and never got my car back till 3:30 p.m. Had to wait in the lobby 3 and a half hours for a tire jack replacement that's ridiculous. I also overheard another customer in the lobby waiting saying that he brought his car in at 9:00 a.m. with an appointment and still hadn't received his car back and it was 2:00 p.m.. More
