Regardless of having an appointment you sit in a line with other cars that don't have an appointment and wait for someone to check you in. The line next to mine had an employee moving that line quicker t with other cars that don't have an appointment and wait for someone to check you in. The line next to mine had an employee moving that line quicker than mine which seemingly didn't move for a long period of time. I watched about eight cars checked in before I was six of which pulled up after I did. But since our associate disappeared the other employee just focused on his line alone not on who was there first. After the long frustrating wait I was told they no longer had courtesy vehicles to take you home due to COVID-19 so I had to pay for a Lyft home and back to the dealership. The one good thing was my car was serviced much quicker than it was expected to take and the mechanic was very nice. More

Service department is terrible. Was greeted by an unfriendly service rep. ( male, don’t recall his name) it took over 3 hrs (with an “appointment”) for a simple oil change. When I asked for the vehic unfriendly service rep. ( male, don’t recall his name) it took over 3 hrs (with an “appointment”) for a simple oil change. When I asked for the vehicle inspection sheet, it seemed the rep was bothered by me asking for it. It was not reviewed with me and it appears service reps are too busy for proper customer service. I was very disappointed. More
Ray Peters and team are the best. I have a 1995 and a 2005. The 95 seems to need tricky wiring repairs, Ray has done a great job repairing the items at a reasonable cost. The 05 is no longer made and parts are hard to find. Ray helped me identify a hard to find coolant leak. Another repair person went straight to tearing the engine apart and could not find the leak. Ray took his time and found it was a simple radiator cap causing the coolant to escape. Ray has helped with multiple repairs and could not be happier. Thanks Mark Christpher Chevrolet. More
