Normally things have gone well at MC Chevrolet, I had a simple fix, was not made aware of the issue, and was told the repair would be completed in one day. My truck was in the shop for two days, for minor routine labor, and was still not finished. Without a call to inform me. I was not happy because I was not kept informed of the progress of repairs to my truck. I expected half day of work. If I hadn’t called, my truck would have been confiscated for nearly a week. More
