This service department is pretty bad. They take forever to complete tasks even with an appointment. They can’t figure out the problem the first time and they don’t leave your car in the condition it was be to complete tasks even with an appointment. The service department was impossible to reach by telephone. The vehicle was ready the next day but after driving it was clear the problem still existed. It was NOT fixed.
