I had an appt. for tues am. It was not looked at until Wednesday and then it was kept until late Friday. Service technician said they would give a 10 percent veteran discount but only approx 5 percent w Wednesday and then it was kept until late Friday. Pretty good service but except one time I went in and I was forced to pay for an oil change I did not ask for. I also had to argue that uneven wear on brake pads on a truck that’s 1 month old is not normal was forced to pay for an oil change I did not ask for. I’m extremely disappointed in the Service Department.
