Had an appointment for 10. Got there early but still had to wait for an hour just to drop off. What’s the point in having an appointment! Engine light came on, brought to service on a Friday, injector issue kept over the weekend, under warranty. Was told no rental cars available and if I was to get a rental I have to get a Chevy and that t injector issue kept over the weekend, under warranty. Was told no rental cars available and if I was to get a rental I have to get a Chevy and that the dealership will only pay 40.00 per day.Two day rental 157.00 out of pocket.Went to pick up truck from service,drove 50 miles engine light came back on,Had to bring back to service again, this time a rental car was provided by dealership. Picked up Truck from dealership and was very happy with the performance. Dealership only refunded 88.00 on my out of pocket cost of 157.00 to get a rental car. There is no way you can rent a car for only 40.00 per day. I also lost a full day of pay the second time I had to bring back my truck because the engine came back on.l feel I should get a full refund on the rental car fee. Other than the rental car issue the staff and service writer Jackie Klosky were great. More

I have no problem with the dealership. However, my service guy was manipulating, dishonest and right down rude. My appointment was at 8 it took 3 hours to get a simply oil change. Also witness an employee drive and scratch a customers truck side mirror told a employee and everyone seemed to brush it off like it was oil change. Extremely dissatisfied, I have bought 5 cars from this dealership in the past. They kept my car longer than it should have been, did not give me a car comparable to my needs, and returned my car filthy. dealership in the past.
