My customer service rep was not helpful at all with attitude. Never got phone calls about updates on the truck I had to call to see what was going on for updates. Truck didn’t get fully seen for what I attitude. Never got phone calls about updates on the truck I had to call to see what was going on for updates. Truck didn’t get fully seen for what I took it in for. Was told it was an easy fix, that it would get done next time when I took the truck in. I’m a busy man with a busy schedule I do not have time for run around games or be on your guys schedule. More

I brought my vehicle in for a recall. I was told that it would take 4 hours to complete. I was called less than an hour later telling me my vehicle was ready. My vehicle seamed to be untouched when I picked would take 4 hours to complete. I was called less than an hour later telling me my vehicle was ready. Erik the service writer was very helpful with providing the insurance people and myself the information necessary to get my windshield replaced from rock damage.
