I had an appointment for an oil change & upon arrival I could see how busy they were what should’ve taken 2 to 3 hours ended up being an all day appointment. The service was ok. The service writer did not even explain what they did to my truck just got my receipt from the cashier and was told to wait for my truck and keys. Arriving I was told by employee to wait for oil change to be completed in the waiting area . 5 hrs later, I had to contact employee and he tells me "oh, I didn't know you were going to wait" After, I had to be completed in the waiting area . 5 hrs later, I had to contact employee and he tells me "oh, I didn't know you were going to wait" After, I had to wait an extra hour because oil change had not been completed and the ticket number for the service could not be found.
