Service was slow for what you had to do. The quote unquote detail job was a joke, we had it redone. You should pay back AAA that portion of the money for such a poor job. Disappointing GMC experience. Appointment was made for 9 am to complete oil change and AC service checkup. I waited at dealership . Advisor Ray P. did not update me and did not complete job until 5 pm. C am to complete oil change and AC service checkup. I waited at dealership . Advisor Ray P. did not update me and did not complete job until 5 pm. Car might have just been parking until 5 pm with no tracking . Advisor is not available or accessible. Appointment had no priority to other customers that checked in after my time. Dealership schedule overbooked. Advisor is not customer focused on his customers to ensure a good experience. Advisor easily distracted or avoiding contact with customer. Advisor not helpful. Did not present or go over multipoint inspection. Advisor does not followup with what is request or agreements made and tells customer ok to stop customer from talking. Very long wait and AC service unsatisfactory. More
