I dropped off the car on 6/2 and took a week to get back!! I asked Ray Peters to have the top cover replaced and Nothing and I told him to have them check the Air Conditioning cause it make a noise and back!! I asked him to check the bet and hoses and nope nothing was listed on my paper worked . What kind is service is this!!!! Mark Christopher service has gone Down !!! Need some explanation on why this was not taken care of, then on 6-4 I called and Ray said no the car is not ready so I call on Monday and no return call from him then I called the manager and he informed me he was off this week . At least Ray could of told me Friday and and me talk to some one else but nope and no one in service answers the phone!!! More

I always go to Mark Christopher. Eric is always available either through text or phone call. He was very helpful and the service I requested was done the exact day. We are on round three trying to get the mechanical issues relived with our SUV. While they’ve address other found issues, along the way, too many for a vehicle of this age/mileage, the initial issue still pe relived with our SUV. While they’ve address other found issues, along the way, too many for a vehicle of this age/mileage, the initial issue still persists. Our vehicle has been their possession for 20+ days off and on. Poor communication from the service department overall. I constantly have to request updates. While I will continue to buy Chevy, I will not buy a third vehicle from this particular dealership. I will buy from a dealership that can also provide service at an acceptable level and with higher level of customer touch, especially when they just can’t seem to get it right. They used to be much better. It’s an unfortunate downturn in skill and service. More
We've bought two cars from this dealer and have had them serviced there ever since purchased -- one since 2001! Always courteous and professional. Nobu is awesome. Would be 5 stars but we had to take a car serviced there ever since purchased -- one since 2001! Always courteous and professional. Nobu is awesome. Would be 5 stars but we had to take a car back in right away because coolant leaked and was tracked to insufficient tightening of a clamp. No charge! Inconvenient for us then but overall, a good experience with this dealer. More

Although I'm usually satisfied with Mark Christopher's service dept, I took my 2014 Impala in for scheduled maintenance on the throttle body, while waiting I was told that the intake duct had a hole, and service dept, I took my 2014 Impala in for scheduled maintenance on the throttle body, while waiting I was told that the intake duct had a hole, and the replacement was $100. Asked if it was worn or ripped they didn't say. But examined it was a tear. When replaced there was no difference in the performance from when I drove it in,from when I drove it out. With the tear it would have been almost impossible to drive it in. More
