Place is great customer service was amazing Only thing I would have to say is the fact that that place charges 155 for diagnosis and then on top of it they charge you whatever service you’re getting done I would have to say is the fact that that place charges 155 for diagnosis and then on top of it they charge you whatever service you’re getting done I find that out rages most dealerships I’ve ever gone to to get work done on my car they were just charge you for the services and not the diagnosis fee if you get the work done if you don’t get the work done by then yeah of course charge the customer what to charge the customer plus charge them for the service is completely ridiculous that policy needs to be changed at this particular place More

Sandra in the service department went above her job duties to try and help me. It’s too bad GM doesn’t have the same customer service she does. They can learn from her. The job was done. They contacted the warranty company and had everything replaced and covered. Just one HUGE complain, my truck was FILTY. How does a Cadillac dealer send a car out looking like this. Very disappointing 😒 When I tried addressing it with the person who brought out myvtruck I had no luck. Very dismissive. Then I noticed the cover under the steering wheel is not correctly installed, so now I have to take the truck back in to get that fixed(I don't want to accidentally brake it trying to fix it myself) It was my first time here, not the best experience.
