I love this dealership especially the service department. My service provider is Ray Peters he's not just a service provider it takes a few minutes to get to know the customer and I do like that. I purchased a Silverado truck on May 5. The experience was not a good one. On May 10 I returned our Silverado truck to the service center to get a clear coating put on it. I was hoping that the experience would be better than that of purchasing the vehicle. We drop the car off on Sunday night and we got a call on Monday that said the coding would be finished around 2 o’clock and we would get a call. By 4 o’clock we had not received a phone call and my son called the service department and he was told the truck had been done since 2 o’clock and now we had to get down there by 5 PM or we would have to wait till the next day. Across the board this dealership seems to have a problem with communication. More
I took my car in (by tow truck) on Monday morning due to it losing power on Saturday. It turned out to be a minor problem and they called me in a couple of hours to let me know it was fixed. I had to wait 45 minutes in line before being approached by anyone in the service department. The car behind me was helped and had their paperwork before I was approached. After paying and the cashier calle by anyone in the service department. The car behind me was helped and had their paperwork before I was approached. After paying and the cashier called the back to get my truck, I had to wait 20 minutes for my truck to brought forward. This was after I went back to cashier and had her radio the back again. The entire time the truck was sitting parked and ready. I would give no stars as rating if it was possible. More
Not happy at al! I had a 9am appointment for a lap belt recall. Called previous day for approximate time of completion and was informed 3-3 1/2 hour to complete job. Told same day of service. I decided i could wait for the car instead of dropping off and picking up another day. 4 1/2 hours later i asked for an update. I was told they had just began work on my car. (1:30pm) What was the purpose of making a 9 am appointment? It obviously means nothing if they are constantly putting other jobs ahead of pre scheduled work. I told them i could not wait much longer as i am law enforcement and had a 16 hour shift ahead. They told me they would check with the mechanic for a completion time. The job was finished 1 hour later! It would have been much appreciated if they had been honest and told me they had over booked work or had run into problems as i would have dropped the vehicle off and returned home. I had a rough shift that night due to little rest. More
