The service department did not return a message that I had left for them, so a few days later I came into the Service department to speak with them and have some work done to my car. Upon arriving, I walk had left for them, so a few days later I came into the Service department to speak with them and have some work done to my car. Upon arriving, I walked into the service department where there are multiple desks and many associates. I stood in the room for awhile and no one said a word to me. A few Associates were talking about their personal life. They could see me standing there waiting, but did not pffer to help me. They didn't say anything to me. I could have been understanding if everyone had been busy or been working, bjt that was not the case. I approached a lady's desk and spoke with her about what I would like to have done. She asked me if my car was in the service line. It was not. So she asked me to move it to the service line. I walked out of the office, moved my car in the service line and waited awhile in my car but no one came out. I went back into the office and the lady who had asked me to park in the service line was talking with Co workers again. I stood at her desk for awhile and the man beside her desk finally asked if I was being helped. He ended up finish my service work. I do not normally leave bad reviews, but this is not the first time that I have had a bad experience here. My husband and I have bought 3 cars from Mark Christopher within the last 5 years. We will not be using the servi e department again. Being there felt awkward and it definitely felt as though they did not want to have to help me or have to take the work order. More

Even with an appointment, getting your vehicle dropped off is such a long process. I also never get any phone calls with updates and have to always call to ask if my vehicle is ready.
