Set a 0900 appointment for 3/30. Upon arrival I was placed in line with all other service requests, making the appointment not relevant. In addition, my vehicle was not looked at until one day later fu placed in line with all other service requests, making the appointment not relevant. This will be the second time using this service department this year and it will be the last time. I understand that having to take apart a vehicle can be messy but I would think cleaning up would department this year and it will be the last time. Both times they gave me my truck back smudged with oil not washed after having to pull the transmission to replace the rear main seal. It’s the small things that matter, I say. Not only that. I come to find an oil stain on my back seat about 6”-8” round. This is a new truck and I have leather seats. It’s beyond me why they would put anything on my seat, let alone something that may stain the seat with oil. The first time around they chipped the edge of my driver door. They did give me a full detail after I complained but they never fixed the chip. I did call to complain about the oil stain this time but I will not be going back for anything. I took care of the cleaning my self. I figured paying the $150 to have the truck detailed is less than losing time off work and dealing with the hassle of going back to drop off the truck for another full day. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else but it goes to show that some things are being over looked. I think I was more than understanding the first time but now I see this is a continuing issue. Jeff was more than helpful and this issues are not with him but with the people work out in the service department. More

Great customer service, staff is ready to help you and answer any questions you have. They have a waiting room with charging spots for your phones, TV, vending machines. Not impressed.. Second time I’ve gone in and went well over estimated wait time. Both times I had to check with service and it was “We just finished” 2-3 hours over. Car was charged which I appreciate but would prefer to be asked. I had plenty to get home and would of rather got home sooner. Another time I waited in the lobby 5 hrs just to be told it was a “known issue” And the part needed to be ordered Recall on Bolt battery issue. No one told me one pedal regen/breaking would stop working when battery level reached max. It didn’t do that before. It would continue to brake regardless of battery level. I live in the mountains and always use L mode. It caught me off guard coming down into a curve and the car didn’t slow when I took my foot off the accelerator. IMO that’s a law suit waiting to happen!! More
