I had appt at 815am. Upon arrival I requested a shuttle back home and they do not have one anymore. They should state rhat when making a appt online. I'm glad I didn't wait for my vehicle because they would of forgotten about me. I called the following day to see what's going on. And again. I had to leave a message. Like really . I finally got a call about 10 and he said your car will be ready I'm a couple of hours. Yeah right 4pm I get a call. I'm going to take it to Glendora Chevrolet which has better service More

I used coupon mailed by this dealer, gave it at check-in, they didn’t apply it. Cashier said they can’t apply it, the service advisor should. I didn’t have time to go back to advisor, so forget the coupon. 4 they didn’t apply it. Cashier said they can’t apply it, the service advisor should. But why was I not informed earlier? I could have made them fix it while my truck was there? Now I have to return to get it done! More
