Every time I get my car serviced here it takes an inordinate amount of time. I realize that with COVID protocols everything takes longer, but even after making an appointment it took 30 mins to just inordinate amount of time. Perhaps they could have an appointments line and a drop-in line? In any case, it is always a frustrating experience here. More

My due bill for part was ignored for almost 3 months after buying the vehicle. I called multiple times and was never given a response. Finally spoke to Jerry and he advised me that my parts hadn’t been after buying the vehicle. I called multiple times and was never given a response. Finally spoke to Jerry and he advised me that my parts hadn’t been ordered. Once they got my parts, I was told when I came in that they weren’t sure if they could complete all my due parts because they didn’t know if they ordered everything. Luckily they got everything and they were able to complete the job. My advice don’t leave anything due before leaving the lot when buying from them. More
