Jackie is great. I had my battery replaced but when I picked my car up zhe seat was all the way back and Itried to use the seat controls but they didnt work and the shifter lights wouldnt come on. I am a VERY UNSATISFIED customer and I will never take either of my vehicles to your service center again..after service on my Hummer I was told I would get my copy of what services was done and I still h either of my vehicles to your service center again..after service on my Hummer I was told I would get my copy of what services was done and I still have not received any paperwork in my email..I also asked for a price on my passenger mirror and for air to be put in my tires and neither was done. Juan was extremely rude. I proceeded to tell him that my truck was shifting hard in 2X, 4X and reverse. He then told me that "reverse only has one gear and doesn't shift so you need to get the story straig truck was shifting hard in 2X, 4X and reverse. I told him I don't know exactly how reverse works and I was just telling him what it felt like. At that point I informed him that I was done speaking to him and I needed to speak to his manager. Matt arrived on the line and he was very professional and explained what they would do and how they would do it. I don't think Juan knows enough about his job so he gets defensive quickly. We will now deal with Ray Peters whom was also very professional. I'd rather not use MC for my vehicles anymore but they are the closest to me so that's why we do it. More
My car was towed in on a Sunday. I talked to Jeff Rizzi and Nobu Damon on Monday. They ordered the parts and had my car running like new in a day and a half. My name is James Otero. I'm very disappointed with the technicians. When I drove my truck home it still hesitated slightly,oh well.
