I had an overall good experience here only because of the service advisor “Ray Peters”. When I first got there a gentlemen (Another service advisor) was super rude to me and Ray noticed that he wasn’t actua service advisor “Ray Peters”. When I first got there a gentlemen (Another service advisor) was super rude to me and Ray noticed that he wasn’t actually listening to my concerns. Ray came up to me and made me feel comfortable. He listened to my concern and helped me out right away! Ray Peters provided me with the absolute best customer service and i couldn’t be more thankful. I’ll always come back now and only request him. This was my first time here with my brand new Tahoe for service. More
The service was quick and complete, they did warn about possible effects on the plastic dash as it is 13 years old and rather brittle. Honestly this place is Fantastic I had been to Glendale Chevy who basically scratched my car up just being a week old with the worst service ever. I decided to take my chances with Mark Christopher and abs Chevy who basically scratched my car up just being a week old with the worst service ever. There customer service is fantastic, they are very quick in getting car back to you, and definitely do not damage your car. I went for service for my tahoe.Oil change,transmission and differential service.I was told to that they will do multi point inspection for my tahoe as well.When i get the car,there were no record for mult and differential service.I was told to that they will do multi point inspection for my tahoe as well.When i get the car,there were no record for multipoint inspection.I asked if my brake pads are still good and SA said they did not check because they did not take off the wheels.I asked why is that?because they are suppose to rotate the wheels.SA said i did not indicate that i need tire rotation.I thought that standard for every oil change that they rotate the tires.And also when i got my tahoe,all that what’s inside the glove compartment were all over the floor.So disappointing.That would be my last visit. More

Work was done well, took longer than expected considering had first appointment time of the day. Star reduced because my truck was damaged, dent to driver front fender of my Colorado, while in dealership car had first appointment time of the day.
