Turned in my car because my engine light was on, they fixed that but i received my car back with my Bluetooth not working then had to leave for another 24hour just to receive my car back and them blamin fixed that but i received my car back with my Bluetooth not working then had to leave for another 24hour just to receive my car back and them blaming my phone for the reason my Bluetooth wasnt working. Even though it was working before i dropped my car off. And a Representative (who was very helpful) also seen that my Bluetooth wasn't working. It was insulting that they tried to put the blame on me, when they did something to my car. Luckily i didn't have to pay to fix that mistake. More

To start, I was already up set that I had to bring my truck in for an oil leak with only 3,500 miles, but not their fault. Ended up beings bad rear main seal. The service was all good. They ended up giving me a loaner car due to a delay with getting replacement part from GM. Throughout the whole time my service advisor kept me up to date. The whole process took about a week and a half. All I asked was for them to wash the truck before giving it back to me because they did pull the transmission and I understand the mechanics hands would be dirty with oil and grim and being a new truck I would hate to get it back all full of oil and sure enough they didn’t wash it and gave it back all full of oil and in looking around at all the oil in the door jamb I found a small chip on the edge of the door. I ended up speaking to the service director and he made it right by getting me a full detail. I give 3 stars for having to deal with the hassle. To me the little details matter and I feel that I shouldn’t have to ask for my vehicle to be washes after going through a service like it did. The chip on the door didn’t get fixed but I just don’t even know what to do because I don’t want my new truck to have the door painted. More

Not totally happy with my last experience with the dealership. Call the gentleman who sold me the truck Robert Torres he never returned my phone call talk to the service department twice they never ca dealership.
