The online booking was a waste of my time. Even though I made an online appointment in advance, I still had to wait in line with everyone else. Also, my vehicle was not serviced ahead of those who didn't ha made an online appointment in advance, I still had to wait in line with everyone else. Also, my vehicle was not serviced ahead of those who didn't have appointments. Also, I was disappointed that the Cadillac Service area was closed; I had to wait in a long line with everyone else. Why bother having a Cadillac if the perks that go with it are not available to its owners? It would have been okay if my online appointment was honored. More
Gave it a 4 because Matt Torres made my problem right when his Service Dept failed to fix a flat tire, remove the donut and placed the regular tire on the car (so my 18 year old could drive to work) Matt when his Service Dept failed to fix a flat tire, remove the donut and placed the regular tire on the car (so my 18 year old could drive to work) Matt stepped up when service Dept was closing and made sure it was done.
