Check engine light was on. Technician.said it was due to a Napa fuel filter with 55% life according to on board diagnostic. The service center advisor is great. He was consistent with his follow-ups with the customer's product order. However, the technician that worked on my vehicle left a lot of greasy finger prints and smud with his follow-ups with the customer's product order. However, the technician that worked on my vehicle left a lot of greasy finger prints and smudges all over. I had to remove each and every one of them. The workmanship of the installation does not look professional specifically the wiring under the hood. It does not look professionally done. The wiring is hanging with out wire tubing and tie downs. I felt bad after being charged $2410 for the product and installation and seeing the quality of the job like a do it yourselfer would do. I'm not so happy with this job. More
I dropped my Tahoe off for an oil change and to check a leak coming from the passenger side. I was there waiting before you opened at 8. I called my service rep 3 times throughout the day and he never an leak coming from the passenger side. I was there waiting before you opened at 8. I called my service rep 3 times throughout the day and he never answered. Eventually, at 3:30!...he finally answered. Note he never called me once with an update and you guys close at 5. I had to reach out to him. He told me at 4 what the leak was coming from but had no idea how much it would cost. I was on my way back to pick up my car around 4:15 (becauae I need it) and he tells me my car will be ready the next day! Why would it take an entire day to change the oil and give me an estimate on fixing the leak?....only to tell me when I am on my way there to pick it up that it will be ready the next day! The whole thing was stupid. If I didn't call him, he would have never called me. It was an F-. This might be the second time in my life that I have written a review. Your service reps are terrible. My previous two times coming in sucked as well but I never said anything. You are slow and don't know how to communicate. More
