I called three times to schedule my service, each time someone said that the service department was busy and took my information to return my call. I did not receive a call back and had to physically go someone said that the service department was busy and took my information to return my call. I did not receive a call back and had to physically go in to get an appointment. When I returned for my appointment the service was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle, it had not been washed, which is something that is advertised by this dealership, every vehicle is returned washed after a service has been completed. I will try awfully hard to not return. More

During Covid 19 precautions all service is being done collectively at Chevy even if you have a cadilac. All service agents outside with “ all hands on deck” approach. Very efficient! My first experience was not good. My truck went in ‘to Service Brake System’. That portion went well, but they found a leaking rear axle seal and worn out brake shoes. I had the work done but when my wife Service Brake System’. That portion went well, but they found a leaking rear axle seal and worn out brake shoes. I had the work done but when my wife picked up the truck, the parking brake pedal went all the way to the floor without holding the truck. We returned the truck back to the dealer to have the repairs done. I talked to the Service Manager, Matt, and he made sure the truck was repaired properly. He was very apologetic and issued us a credit for our inconvenience. I commend Matt for a job well done, but have no confidence in the technicians working there as this was a second time we’ve had issues with their work. More
