Service advisor doesn't stay on top of customer service . I had to call my advisor to get updates on my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for a concern, they are yet to find the issue. Thanks to ray and jeff Rizzi my experience went really well. I informed both of them that I had been dissatisfied with your sister company because of the lack of care with my vehicle on many occasions. I well. I had greasy palm prints on my hood multiple times, fasteners missing from my fender wells and scratches on my my wheels from impact wrenches. I bought a new truck this year and I won’t be accepting of this behavior. They both let me know that this won’t happen. So with that I look forward to a long relationship with your company with no issues. Thank you. Jeff More
Car has been in for the same repair 4-5 times. The car was gone for a total of about 3 weeks for that particular repair, and it is still not fixed correctly. It was gone about 30 days for a repair that I had to pay for due to not being properly diagnosed. The exhaust was damaged during the 30 day stay, and I was told it would be fixed. Paperwork upon p/u says “straightened as much as possible”, which is xxxxxxxx. Replace it if you can’t fix it. I informed Jackie at 10:25am this past Friday that the car was still not fixed, sent her pictures, and never got a response from her, or anyone else. I intend to personally sit down with Mark and/or Chris to discuss this at length. Even if it means interrupting one of their regular business lunches at the local steakhouse to do so. GM is also going to be notified that one of their dealerships is apparently incapable of doing body repair, or quality control checks before notifying the customer that their car is done. More
Well it started off rocky with having to wait for over 15 minutes for a service member to acknowledge i was even there. I continued to watch other costumers get attended too as they show up after me until th minutes for a service member to acknowledge i was even there. But after that the service was great and the work done to my Cadillac was good quality work. Glad I choose Mark Christopher Cadillac. Juan. I receive coupons that are irrelevant to the vehicle I purchased at the dealership. Oil change coupon not valid for my truck. What is the point of that?
