Honestly, we could not be more disappointed in the lack of service that we got from this dealership. Communication was almost nonexistent.our vehicle was dropped off at 9:30 am Friday for 30000 mile servic of service that we got from this dealership. Communication was almost nonexistent.our vehicle was dropped off at 9:30 am Friday for 30000 mile service and diagnostic check, received 1 call on Friday to suggest brake replacement which we declined and we were told we would receive a call after diagnostic test which never came so we were without our vehicle all weekend. We left a message at 4 pm Friday with our service writer Ray and never heard back from him. Early Monday ray called telling us we needed a cabin air filter which we did have replaced and was told to expect a call to let us know when our car would be ready. Replacing that filter is not a long process. At about 3 pm after not receiving a call we showed up to pick up our vehicle and Ray was not present so we paid the bill and received our vehicle. We chose mark Christopher service dept. because we purchased the car there but will not be returning as we feel we absolutely did not receive even the minimum customer service. We understand that the service dept is busy and we are not the only customers, that being said one of the main functions of the service writer is communication and updating. More
Got my truck back and they had not even look at the problem that I told him needed to be looked at. That was upsetting because it seem as if he didn’t listen to what I told him was the problem. Service was fine but the mechanic did not leave a oil change reminder sticker on my windshield for the next service. Also this dealer over charges there oil changes by $20 compared to all other Chevy dea change reminder sticker on my windshield for the next service. Also this dealer over charges there oil changes by $20 compared to all other Chevy dealers in the area. I usually pay $59.99 and Mark Christopher charged $ 79.99 and didn’t even rotate my tires. More

I had an appt for tinted windows on my new (pre owned) car. I worked with Juan. We had no problems with drop off or pickup. They even let us drop off and pick up the day before and day after the job was d car. I worked with Juan. We had no problems with drop off or pickup. I’v bought 2 cars from them but unfortunately I couldn’t buy the 3rd. Because Ray has always taken good care of me I will still use their service on my new car. He always works with me for appointment times which is very important to me, they have a nice waiting area and everyone that works there seems very nice all the way to the porters that bring up the cars. It’s good to be able to go back to the same service writer after 5 years of going there, usually dealerships have a great turnover in service and you deal with a different writer every time you go in, it’s important to me to talk to the same writer when I go in.
