Made appt 5 days in advance, still sat behind 9 cars for service. Online was offered shuttle to work, when showed up was told due to covid it was not running. They were very busy but what dealership isn't. I had made an appt. the day before so I'm sure that helped. My service advisor Sandra Stevens was very congenial and good to work with. Had a 10:30 appt. arrived on time and waited 10 mins because a line was formed, with at least 6 car in front of me. What’s the point of making an appointment if you can’t handle the volume?? Came in for broken rear hatch strut replacement and oil change. was told initially that hatch could be fixed if part was in stock. Waited with no update on the part for 2.5 hours, and then was told part was not in and needed to come back another day. Thus, turned into A 2.5 hour oil change. Again, why schedule customers for an appointment if you can’t handle the volume without that long of a wait? Everyone who spoke to me was nice, but they clearly were in a hurry to get to their next task. More
