Fair prices on new car purchase from sales reps, however, the finance manager tried to up sell extended warranties that were not needed. The Cadillac Service clerk tried to up sell me on cost of Repair’s and the finance manager tried to up sell extended warranties that were not needed. I had taken my 2016 Chevy Silverado truck for its scheduled maintenance. The service department manager, Ray greeted me. He was polite and cordial.
