We broke down and had our 2001 Le Sabre towed to Mark Christopher. It was delivered to Nobu in the Service department. I'm not very happy with my recent service experience at Mark Christopher Cadillac... I brought my 2019 Escalade in earlier this week to address a "frozen" main dashboard touch screen and a "service park as Mark Christopher Cadillac... I brought my 2019 Escalade in earlier this week to address a "frozen" main dashboard touch screen and a "service park assist system" warning light. After being quoted $470 to diagnose the issues (which probably took all of 8 minutes) at 9:00 am, I received a text from the service consultant after 3:00 pm letting me know that it would cost $1,206 to replace the radio control assembly and another $1,632 to replace the front object sensor. A total of $3,309 to repair 2 minor issues on a 5-year-old vehicle that rightfully shouldn't have failed this soon on such a high-end vehicle. After doing a little internet searching, I found both OEM replacement parts for less than $500 total, and a mechanic to install them for less than another $500 - roughly a third of the cost quoted by the dealership! We've purchased 3 vehicles from Mark Christopher during the past 20 years, and we hoped our loyalty would be rewarded with much better service. Needless to say, it's the last time I'll be visiting this dealership. More

I had issues at every step of the process of buying my new truck, with every department, and I even tried to contact LLoyd and was told he was to busy for his customers and never called me back. issues I new truck, with every department, and I even tried to contact LLoyd and was told he was to busy for his customers and never called me back. issues I had were following: 1. Salesman was helping multiple people and not focused just on my sales, causing me to wait on him many times. 2. Finance: submitted paperwork with numbers higher than signed, flagging a fraud audit for USAA and delayed funding. 3. I was Delivered a new truck that was damaged during prep. for delivery, missing floor mats. 4. I had to keep calling to get parts ordered, service scheduled. They did not care. 5. Appointment for service: Alexis never showed up for appointment. Her coworker had to assist. I had to wait 1 hr for rental service to pick me up. I was 1 hour late to work because of this. 6. I called Lloyd, I was told he was to busy and would call me back. To date, no call back. More

Very disappointed on Mark Christopher Auto Center. Purchased a Used 2018 AWD Traverse signed all documents AND RECEIVED BILL OF SALE . So I go 3 days later and they tell me bad news and lender wants about $6000 down payment before I take the vehicle. Been trying to get hold of MR LLOYD BEARDSLEY WHO WAS TOLD BY GREGG THAT MR LLOD WAS BUSY OR HE IS NEVER THERE. Then on Thursday I find out they still running my credit while I’m at home and NOT AT DEALER I BELIEVE THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW . Mr GREGG ALSO STAED TO ME THAT WHAT I HAVE TOLD HIM AND STATED HERE ARE MY SUPPOSELY CONSPIRACY THEORYS NEED HELP More
