The employees were nice when the car was fixed with new radio they didn’t connect my SiriusXM back or onstar ! Now I have to make a third trip and with what’s going on it’s makes me nervous! Horrible experience at the service department with that idiot Robert. The work that was done was Not Diagnosed correctly, the same exact problem still remains. I paid them thieves $1200 for nothing. The price was way to high and the problem didn’t get fixed. Then they tried to gauge me with another $1000 to repair the same problem. F- this place. I will not be returning. Air Pressure Not Checked Tires were rotated and I asked that the air pressure be checked. Was told it will. My diagnostic report says 3 of my 4 tires are low. They were very fast and efficient. I pulled in and was greeted immediately by a very friendly service attendant named Dario. He wrote a ticket quoted me a price and showed me to a very comfortable waiting greeted immediately by a very friendly service attendant named Dario.
