Going on 48 hours which I asked/left message with service advisor for Jeff to call me on 2/3/2020. After spending $2300, back in for more service. Multi point inspection not performed according to o service advisor for Jeff to call me on 2/3/2020. After spending $2300, back in for more service. My vehicle has always been serviced with Chevrolet, was in in Aug and Sep 2019 where multipoint inspection was done and now Feb 2020 I needed all this work done. My vehicle went through a consumption oil test cause burning too much oil, was told that Mountain View not putting enough oil(which could have burnt my engine) had me buy oil and put in myself (vehicle still under warranty) so I left Mountain View(Phil Hampton) "he looked at me like I was a crazy woman"came to Mark Chris, with Bill Morales (who listened. who understood, who took my vehicle ) and he is gone, Guess I am off to Rotolo Chev. (Fontana) or Glendora Chevrolet. I am pretty sure they would love my business. More

Customer service is great, it would be nice when a customer has to wait more than 2-3 hours to at least provide a courtesy car. They are friendly & courteous every time I have been there. Service was excellent. Went in for a rattling sound coming from the exhaust. Unfortunately I could not bring it in earlier in the day because of work. Therefore I had to leave the car overnight.
