I recently had an issue with an extended warranty I purchased from you guys, I called the service department on a number of occasions and no one answered the phone. The time that I was able to get thro purchased from you guys, I called the service department on a number of occasions and no one answered the phone. The time that I was able to get through my call was never returned. I decided to go in person to try to resolve the issue and my information was taken down and told that a manager would call me with a solution. That call never came, I called again and talked to Rodney and he said he would follow up with me in a day or so. Well Rodney never followed up, till this day the issue was never resolved and this whole process started December 20,2019. More

Going on 48 hours which I asked/left message with service advisor for Jeff to call me on 2/3/2020. After spending $2300, back in for more service. My vehicle has always been serviced with Chevrolet, was in in Aug and Sep 2019 where multipoint inspection was done and now Feb 2020 I needed all this work done. My vehicle went through a consumption oil test cause burning too much oil, was told that Mountain View not putting enough oil(which could have burnt my engine) had me buy oil and put in myself (vehicle still under warranty) so I left Mountain View(Phil Hampton) "he looked at me like I was a crazy woman"came to Mark Chris, with Bill Morales (who listened. who understood, who took my vehicle ) and he is gone, Guess I am off to Rotolo Chev. (Fontana) or Glendora Chevrolet. I am pretty sure they would love my business. More
