I only take my truck there because of convenience but that’s not even worth it anymore. It’s evident they don’t want to be there. They didn’t bother to call me when ready. Then claimed they left me a mes that’s not even worth it anymore. It’s evident they don’t want to be there. They didn’t bother to call me when ready. Then claimed they left me a message (nope). They had the wrong numbers. They are rude and uncaring. Jackie didn’t bother acknowledging me simply looked at me with a “ what do you want” look and said “here I changed your numbers” and went back to what she was doing. No apology nor did she ask if I needed anything else. Then it took them 25 minutes to bring my car out but I had to remind them. No apologies just a “oh yeah they’ll bring it out right now. “ Horrible service I really hope they did the work. I think they’re worse than the DMV. More

Service was excellent. Went in for a rattling sound coming from the exhaust. Unfortunately I could not bring it in earlier in the day because of work. Therefore I had to leave the car overnight. By the time I got off work the next day. They had replaced my muffler that was covered under warranty. Jacqueline thanks again. More
