I brought my truck in for service on 1/10/20 and had a 9am appointment. I was told that there was a 3 hour wait time so I used the complimentary shuttle and was taken home. I got a call at 445 informing 9am appointment. I was told that there was a 3 hour wait time so I used the complimentary shuttle and was taken home. I got a call at 445 informing me that my truck was ready. When I picked it up the service employee did not print out a vehicle inspection checklist and I had to ask for one. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and have all of my services performed here. This is the worst experience that I have had here. More
Nobu my representative is always professional/helpful. Of course anytime the bill is lower than the quote is GREAT! There was only one service advisor on Saturday morning, January 11,2020 and there was a long line for him to tend to. When it was my turn and before he completed the work order, I informed him that I had a January 11,2020 and there was a long line for him to tend to. When it was my turn and before he completed the work order, I informed him that I had a Cadillac reward voucher I would like to use. He had the audacity to say “I don’t have time for this, it’s busy as you can see!” He was clearly flustered and decided to take it out on a customer. I don’t appreciate that. I paid a lot of money for my Cadillac Escalade and expect better service. The advisors name was Dario Gomez. Please address this with him because it is unacceptable. More

Hello, I bought my 2019 Escalade at this dealership. This is my 2nd service for my SUV and I also drought in my girlfriend’s 2019 CTS for service. We made 2 appointments for service on our vehicle’s for Saturday 1/11/2020, we arrived on time and had to wait for 35 minutes to finally get to talk to a service employee to start the paperwork process. There was only one service employee working at the time and I witnessed the service employee telling a customer that was in line in front of me that he pick the wrong day to get his SUV serviced because they were short handed today. I thought that was a horrible thing to say to a paying customer. I am a General Manager for public cold storage company and I deal with being short handed so times and I don’t pass on my problems onto any drivers or customers. More

Ray was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He secured a ride on the shuttle for me even after they were done for the day. I was so grateful bc otherwise I would have been stranded.
