Ive driven other Denalis of the same year, trim, and model and they all had a super smooth comfortable ride, it's been very frustrating that no one there has been able to figure out what's wrong with my suspension. Purchasing an extended warranty was the dumbest thing i ever did because it NOTHING after i was told "BUMPER TO BUMPER"... More

Horrible! Saturday 12/28/19 I took my car in for a free inspection @ 6:40am(they opened at 7). By 10am they let me know I had a busted ball joint & a failed bat Saturday 12/28/19 I took my car in for a free inspection @ 6:40am(they opened at 7). By 10am they let me know I had a busted ball joint & a failed battery. First, I just purchased the 5 year battery 1 year ago from Pep Boys! I was not buying a new one from Mark Christopher. Second I work extended hours weekdays & can’t be there before service center closed. The service person said they had late pick up as late as 9pm. He would give me a loaner car l could drop it off & pick mine up by Monday nights. I explained that Tuesday was New Year’s Eve!! If he could not confirm my Vehicle could be picked up by Monday night I’ll bring it back another Saturday. He confirmed (in front of my mother) that I could pick up my car Monday night at the sales area. Well, the brand new 2020 loaner suv started stalling on the freeway!!! Would not go over 30 mph almost got me killed!! Luckily it was on my way to pick up my car. Unfortunately my car was not waiting for me!!! I waited 1 1/2 hours for the sales mgr to call the service mgr who called the service man. The sales mgr put me on the phone with the service person who then argued with me while the sales mgr listened. He said he called me after 5:3opm Monday night, to ask if I could confirm a pickup. Lies!!! The message(I still have it) said “your cars done, call me tomorrow morning” He PROMISED it would be done & ready for pick up Monday night! The sales mgr finally located my car, he confirmed the brand new(only had 75 miles on it) loaner car had the check engine light on, so something was wrong. No kidding!! To add insult to injury I took my car battery to have it replaced. They tested my battery twice but nothing was wrong with it. I am now telling my friends, family & coworkers not to go to Mark Christopher for any reason!! More

My cars service was finished and it was parked where I could see it, but no one told me there was a wait for the car wash. More
