Poor service The service doesn’t get completed the way it should at a dealer. A tire rotation that wasn’t competed and marked as completed on my paperwork, a tech that didn’t take the time to fix a loose plastic brace in a brand new vehicle, and an alignment that was done but the steering wheel left off center as a result of the alignment causing me to come back and call off work another morning. Damaged Wheel & Tire, plus pitted windshield. Bought a 2019 Chevy Suburban Premier Certified Pre-Owned on Dec 13 2019. Vehicle had a pitted windshield. I drove back to Mark Christopher Chevrolet Bought a 2019 Chevy Suburban Premier Certified Pre-Owned on Dec 13 2019. Vehicle had a pitted windshield. I drove back to Mark Christopher Chevrolet on Dec 17th to have the issue addressed. Called the GM of of Marc Christopher Chevrolet, but was told by Christina in Customer service at Mark Christopher Chevy that the GM was on vacation. I spoke to Christina at 11:15 am, and told her that they sold me a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban Premier with a pitted windshield. She stated she would call me back in a few mins, but never did. I then called her back at 12:35pm, and 1.01pm, and they stated that she might be in showroom at a party. Avo Injian the the service advisor came to me, and told me that Christina stated that I should get an Aftermarket Windshield instead of an Original GM Windshield since it was less money. I said NO. This is an Authorized Chevrolet Dealership that sells OEM parts, so why would you advise me to get an aftermarket windshield??? Christina said because an aftermarket windshield is cheaper. Avo Injian said that the aftermarket windshield was approximately $295.00, but he also agreed with me to keep it OEM. Christina then called me back at 1:28pm, and stated that the Sales manager will contribute $100.00 towards the $725.55 cost of the OEM windshield. Avo Injian (Service Advisor Mark Christopher Chevrolet ) did state that the Service Manager of Mark Christopher Chevrolet did say that my Damaged windshield looked like it was Sand Blasted. The 172 Point clearly states that “Replace glass if damage exists or crack larger than 3/16" exists” I view my windshield as a Safety Issue, and I am very unhappy with my experience with Mark Christopher Chevrolet. I paid for a new windshield myself, but upon receiving my vehicle at service, Mark Christopher Chevrolet damaged my left rear wheel & tire !!! This is crazy. Avo Injian said he would call me in a day or two to schedule a service appointment for my wheel & Tire. Today is Dec 23, but no call from Avo. This representation of a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban Premier Certified Pre-Owned with 13000mi is very very poor General Motors Standard. More
