Worst car buying experience EVER. Work is done half xxx to get the car out. No care for the customer or quality of work. We have a very ex inclusive/expensive Cadillac Black wing, which is always garage and well taken care of. The car was towed in with a flat tire. The condition of the vehicle when we picked it up was com wing, which is always garage and well taken care of. The car was towed in with a flat tire. The condition of the vehicle when we picked it up was completely unacceptable. It was beyond dirty from being left outside, and there was dust on the windshield Which was difficult to remove. I would expect that my vehicle would have been better taken care of by Cadillac, and it very least be returned to me in the condition it went in, which was spotless clean. More
