Office states it closes at 6, but service ends at 5. Arrived at 4:20 for oil change and was almost denied. Needed tires rotated and engine checked as well, but didn’t have time to do that unfortunately. More

Oil change took 2.5 hours with a 7:30am appt. my first oil change 6 months ago was “guaranteed” under an hour. You took 1.5 hours. Where’s my guarantee?? Never come here for a simple oil change!! More
