Oil change and maintenance was successful I had a problem with the infotainment system and I knew it would take a while since my truck is newer so the troubleshooting would be new to them. Easy to make an appt Lic plate was turned upside down during service and no good explanation why. On service prior to this one the nut was so tight on the oil pan we could Lic plate was turned upside down during service and no good explanation why.
