Except for warranty issues, I will not be returning to this Cadillac dealership. I made an appointment and took my Escalade in for a routine maintenance service (oil change, lube, tire rotation). Despit this Cadillac dealership. I made an appointment and took my Escalade in for a routine maintenance service (oil change, lube, tire rotation). Despite having an appointment, I was told it would be 3 hours. They offered no shuttle service so I could return to my office nor to pay for any Uber. It turned out that they took over 4 hours to complete the service. When I inquired why it took so long, I was told they were short on mechanics. Had I known all of this beforehand, I would have made arrangements for a ride. Also, staff wasn't very friendly. I've purchased 3 high-end vehicles from this dealership and expected better service than that. Very dissappointed. More

awesome service, waiting area is very clean and it was nice they had a area for my toddler to hang out in with small table and chairs so she could color. But I must share my experience about our recent service on our 2018 GMC Denali. From the moment we checked in to the moment we picked the truck up we were kept informed about every aspect of the process. I received updates from our Service Consultant Avo Injian at every step. Because this is a company vehicle, getting it back on the road is important as weekly planning must include our vehicles. There were no surprises as all time estimates were accurate and appreciated. Customer Service is almost a thing of the past. But Mr. Injian and Mark Christopher Auto Center prove that it is still Priority 1. More
