Service writer to customer communication needs improvement Said they would call later that day the vehicle was dropped off Didn’t get a call So I called the following day in the afternoon not much to tel Said they would call later that day the vehicle was dropped off Didn’t get a call So I called the following day in the afternoon not much to tell me Except it might be done on Friday Friday came and no call. I call and find out that service writer is not working that day someone else is handling for them. I leave message. No call for an hour So I send an email to Christina the customer service advocate and she was great she got the info for me My new truck would be ready so I could pick it up. If they say they are going to call. They most certainly should do so More
