Kudos to Sam Aceves Sam answered my call the day prior for oil change appointment. Arrived on time and asked for Sam who greeted with a smile and friendly hello. He did his thing and then asked what I needed and if I would be waiting. I asked to pick up car by 11 am since I’ve had a few experiences of asking to pick up at noon and then had to arrive and still wait another hour.. Sam called just after 9 car is ready. I arrived, paid, again greeted by Sam to see if it met my expectations. Yes!!!! More

Past promised time twice- Replace Batteries? Dropped off Monday morning with appointment. Called later saying it won't be done until Tuesday, which was fine. Called Tuesday and told it wouldn't be done until Wednesday. Called Wednesday and told it would be done by Thirsday noon. Wasn't ready until 5pm. I was told both batteries needed to be replaced. While waiting to pick up I listened to 2 different service reps advise their customers their batteries needed to be replaced too. Might be nothing but it seems a little too coincidental to me. More
