Disgruntled but later satisfied Friday, July 12th, purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave and the next day I notice the rear was not cooling off properly so I had to take it into the service Friday, July 12th, purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave and the next day I notice the rear was not cooling off properly so I had to take it into the service dept that following Monday morning. I arrive first thing in the morning because after I was just getting off from work. I was very tire and a bit disgruntled because I am already in the service dept with my brand new car. After waiting 3 hrs, I am finally told there's some sort of leak that needs to be fixed and need to leave my vehicle, however there are no loaner cars. I contacted my sales person, Nick Jensen whom was so helpful in my sales, to tell him was going on. He went above and beyond by immediately coming over to get me a loaner car so I could go home to sleep. Dave Miller my service rep, was empathetic and apologetic and did everything he could to get my new car back to me asap. Thank you to all. More

Receive oil change, tire rotation & air filter replacement I arrived early for my scheduled 10:00 a.m. service and Nobu Domon got me started right away. I was escorted to the lounge where I waited. It was clea I arrived early for my scheduled 10:00 a.m. service and Nobu Domon got me started right away. I was escorted to the lounge where I waited. It was clean and there was a variety of refreshments to choose from. The bathrooms were also clean. I was thoroughly entertained by the Home Repair Show on television. The service was prompt and efficient; everything was explained when service had been completed. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a very nice morning. More

Outstanding Service I had to take my Yukon in for the Eckbond application one day earlier than the scheduled appointment due to personal reasons and Juan Fletes and Staff I had to take my Yukon in for the Eckbond application one day earlier than the scheduled appointment due to personal reasons and Juan Fletes and Staff actually worked on it that evening and had it completed by 9:00 the actual day of the appointment. This made it move convenient for my wife and I to get the vehicle back sooner so the she was able to do what she needed to do earlier. More
The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. Lackadaisical approach to greeting customers. Staff are unprofessional and very unfriendly. They seem bothered by customers asking questions. The entire waiting area of customers had very negative things to say about the service received and compared their experiences to other Cadillac dealerships. This shouldn’t be a surprise that this particular site is horrible. Pay attention to your reviews and change your staff. Get people that see value in customer service. I’ve been a Mercedes owner for the past 10 years and I must say the quality of service was well below what I am accustomed to. Makes me question if I want to own a Cadillac in the future. More
