I’ve had my car routine maintenance performed at their Buick/Cadillac service department. The staff is very professional, courteous and attentive to customer’s needs. I’ve witnessed firsthand how customers concerns are addressed and remedy in a timely manner! People are too quick to rush to social media to air their grievances. No courtesy call I had an appointment at 2pm on 5/28/19. Upon checking in, I was told by Julie that “Mike” would call me when my vehicle was ready. 4 hours went by a I had an appointment at 2pm on 5/28/19. When I called just after 6, I was told that everyone in service was gone for the day. The receptionist stated that she would try and determine that the service had been completed and whether my vehicle was ready to be picked up. More
