Ian Edgington is wonderful! I went in to buy my second new car (from Ian Edgington) after my beloved Prius was totaled in an accident. I knew I wanted another Prius, and I'd trie I went in to buy my second new car (from Ian Edgington) after my beloved Prius was totaled in an accident. I knew I wanted another Prius, and I'd tried to find what I wanted online. The online interactive system kept having problems halfway-through the process, and after wasting a lot of time on that, I just went in seeking Mr. Edgington's help. He helped me navigate my insurance's replacement policy, helped me find the car and packages that most closely resembled what I had had before, and helped me provide proof to the adjusters of what I'd had on the previous car (which their adjuster needed). He demonstrated in a test drive how the car had changed since I'd gotten mine, showed how the safety features worked, looked for a version of the car that didn't have one new feature (a bizarre white center console that doesn't fit with the rest of the car at all) I really disliked, and even produced a honey granola bar for my little girl when she was feeling tired and hungry during the meeting. I grew up believing the stereotypes about how sleazy and opportunistic car salesman usually are, and I've avoided them my whole life, always buying from individuals. Ian challenged that stereotype in every way and really made me excited about buying from a dealership. I feel confident that he'll continue to help in the future, should I need anything else for the car. I highly recommend him! More

I called Mark Jacobson Toyota and spoke to Michael Klein, and I told him about the horrible service I had received and I told him exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted to finance. He called me back in less than 15 minutes with a final price and told me I could use my blank check from USAA. As soon as I arrived to Mark Jacobson Toyota I was greeted with a kind smile and treated like a person by Michael. After my test drive, it was a done deal, I knew I was going to get it, and the Michael, Tay, and the team at this dealer made it happen in less than 2 hours. I can keep on about all the fantastic things this dealer did for me, but the number one was customer service. As a service member in Fort Bragg, I wish we had this kind of customer service in Fayetteville. I would recommend this dealer to anyone! I will definitely be a forever customer! More
