He wanted to make sure we were getting the right car that suited our needs. His friendly composure was very reassuring and he was very helpful right from the start of the meeting, attending to all our questions confidently and checking out our doubts for the more specific questions that we asked. Our visit to Mark Jacobson which concluded with an immediate purchase within that very morning is also testimony towards David's outstanding salesmanship and professionalism. He called us a week after the purchase to check if we had any problems with the car and we certainly appreciate the after-sales follow-up service that he provides. More

This was also my first new car buying experience and I will definitely be back to this dealership because of the way they treated me. They were understanding and went out of their way to make me a deal that would work out for me. I got a 2017 Toyota Corolla and I really love it. It drives better than my previous Honda Accord. The safety sense features and the backup camera are what really made the difference for me. Sam was super knowledgeable with everything about the Corolla. He even took the extra time to show me the safety sense features as well as the new phone and audio features. Last time I bought a car they didn't do this and when I had a question they told me to check the manual and gave me a card to also check the website. I also got a fair trade value for my car considering the features and low mileage which helped make the deal possible. It was hard to give up my coupe but I am really pleasantly surprised with the service I received as well as the quality of the new Corollas. More
