He was very welcoming, asked us what we were looking for, and helped us to find the right Prius V. Although the entire experience took longer than we would have liked, everyone in the business was friendly, professional and knowledgable. Perks that helped with waiting were coffee, drinks and popcorn, There was also a vending area for customers. Derek made an effort to make sure our privacy was honored by seating us away from other customers so we could talk to him about financial matters. Also Sheyi Bucknor-Smartt was knowledgable, friendly and did his utmost to give us the best deal possible.
